The Early Career Investigator Program (ECIP) Committee charges are to:

• Foster year-round opportunities for career enhancement (including mentorship) and leadership development to early career members.
• Build on existing WCPG programs to provide networking and career-building opportunities (Collaborate with Program)
• Review and select ECIP Awardees. Collect and evaluate feedback from past ECIP Awardees and determine if any program changes are needed.
