The ISPG World Congress of Psychiatric Genetics will take place September 29 - October 3, 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Dear ISPG Member,

The International Society of Psychiatric Genetics (ISPG) warmly invites you to the World Congress of Psychiatric Genetics (WCPG), taking place September 29th - October 3rd, 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland! We are thrilled to bring our community together in a city renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and world-class scientific institutions. Glasgow is a hub of innovation and also a place where the warmth of Scottish hearts will make you feel truly welcome.

We invite you to find support within the ISPG network and reconnect with the excitement of scientific discovery as we explore the latest advances and the exciting progress in psychiatric genetics.

This year’s WCPG theme is “Understanding Today, Translating Tomorrow.” This theme underscores our commitment to understanding the spectrum of psychiatric genetic research across populations and cultures, supporting excellence in research worldwide, and ensuring that findings in psychiatric genetics benefit everyone. We encourage symposium submissions that interpret this theme broadly and highlight the most cutting-edge and impactful dimensions of translation in our field.

We look forward to welcoming you to WCPG 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland - where science meets Scottish hospitality!
